Melatonin

This fascinating hormone is secreted by the pineal gland of the brain, otherwise known as the third eye. It has long been known to be responsible for controlling our diurnal rhythm and is given to help reduce jet lag and depression from seasonal affective disorder.

It is also very involved in helping our immunity by boosting our thymus gland. Otherwise it is seen as a potent anti-oxidant, cancer fighter and Alzheimer’s fighter.

However of all its benefits, the research done by the Italian immunologist, Dr Walter Pierpaoli, is the most interesting. Over the last few years he has added it to the water of rats and shown that old rats appear more youthful. He has more recently taken the pineal glands out of eight old rats and swapped them with the pineal glands of eight young rats. All of the rats then developed the appearance of being about the same age. There still needs to be some further trials done on human, but in the mean time we should strongly consider the anti-aging benefits of taking 3mg Melatonin before bed.

With our guidance, your hormone imbalances should be able to be corrected in a natural and gradual way. This should leave you with a sense of empowerment and assist you in living your years to your maximum vitality.
