If you have strong, young skin, but suffer from bags under eyes or dark eye ring tissue, then we inject a very light filler (Juvederm II) into the tissue, using a specialised technique.

In the majority of cases, however, these conditions occur in older skin that has lost its elasticity. Injecting filler into this skin type can cause lumps and swelling so instead, we start with gentle skin tightening laser treatments (radiofrequency and infrared).

Once we start to see initial results, we then inject the filler ingredients into the dermal layer of the skin via fine needling. The combination of substances injected depends on the skin’s condition and may contain minute quantities of plant extracts, vitamins and nutrients which rejuvenate the skin through strengthening, tightening and plumping actions. This treatment is highly recommended for tightening lax skin that is losing elasticity.
